Terms & Conditions
Rent
A non returnable 25% deposit is required on booking
The balance of 75% is required 6 weeks before arrival. Once paid this is non refundable.
Damages
A returnable £100 deposit is required at the time of booking. This will be returned after the keys have been sent back after your stay, and subject to the proper condition of the house.
Payment
Payment may be by cheque or by direct transfer into our account. In both cases we will provide details at the time of booking.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival may be after 3.30pm on the first day booked. Departure is requested by 10.00am to enable proper cleaning to be undertaken.
Dogs
We welcome dogs at La Hat, but do insist that we know how many and what breed they are.
Smoking
La Hat is SMOKE FREE. Smokers are requested to do so outside.
Linen and Towels
Please advise at the time of booking how many people will be staying in the house during your stay. The beds will then be made up on your arrival. Where the house is booked for 2 weeks or more, weekly changes of bed linen and cleaning will be offered. Towels are NOT provided.
3 Day breaks
We reserve the right to refuse 3 day breaks where there is a reasonable expectation of booking a full week. Thus these may only be available in the short term. Please contact us for details.
