Yes you know- the place where Her Majesty comes for a wind down and a rest.

Sandringham is a friendly and informal place to visit, with knowledgeable guides in every room of the house and acres of beautiful gardens to explore while the Museum houses extraordinary collections of Royal vehicles, rare ceramics, photographs and memorabilia

They also hold a number of fairs here throughout the year. They do not appear to be anything special but to be honest how would I know? We have been and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves

  Holkham Hall & Bygones Museum

Ancestral home of the Coke family (pronounced Cook) which has been well preserved and worth a visit.

The house and grounds also house the “Bygones” collection so beloved (so they say) from the Anglia TV series of the 1970’s (exactly)

In all seriousness this is also worth a visit. The grounds are well worth looking around and there is a good walk to be had on Holkham beach
